To anyone considering buying an automatic Mahjong table from Versatile Machinery, you have come to the right place. I was excited when I found an American company located within the US that stands behind their product. I purchased my wooden automatic table (the bird design) about 10 months ago and I could not be happier. I play the American version using the rules from the National Mah Jongg League. Last week, I hosted a mahjong marathon pajama party for 5 days, so we played hundreds of games without one single problem! I also have weekly games at least 2 times per week since I got the automatic table. Everyone loves to come and play on it and are always surprised to see how quick and well it works. They also say comment how pretty it looks with my decor, since it is actually set up in my dining room and we use it as our regular dining table, too. It is very easy to remove and replace the cover and use as a regular table when I am not playing mahj on it. The automatic table makes playing more fun and if you are a mahjong addict like me, you get many more games in because you are not wasting time setting up tiles.
